This program does not go over the steps to set up QuickBooks Online so you need to have an active subscription  & your bank account(s) synced (you don't need to have completed anything else though!). Do I need to have a QuickBooks Online Account already?

No, unfortunately QuickBooks Desktop is an entirely different product. This program covers QuickBooks Online subscriptions. 

Does this program cover QuickBooks Desktop?

My guarantee is that no student will be left confused! If you have completed the program & reached out with questions & still have confusion/concerns, you will be offered a discounted 1:1 support rate and/or a full refund. 

What if I'm still confused after I complete the program?

This is where the 1:1 support comes in! You can send any of your questions about specific features & Erika will provide custom, private video tutorials so that all of your questions get answered!

What if you don't cover all of the features I want to use?

I've never used a bookkeeping software. Is this really for me?

Yes! This program will teach you the correct way to use QuickBooks. Erika will send you tutorials on how to correct issues that you may discover. In the event you determine you'd rather have Erika & her team clean up your QuickBooks for you, a proposal for the service can be discussed. This happens for a handful of clients, but honestly not many! It's usually not as messy as you think! 

My QuickBooks is a mess. Is this still for me?

*Once you've completed the trainings in the program, Erika will audit your QuickBooks! This way, you'll walk away 100% confident that everything is working properly, looks correct & you're on track going forward!
